Shipping

All orders are produced on demand. This helps us avoid excess stock and reduce waste.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes set by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

To start a return, please contact hello@clumsystudios.store with your order number.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve the issue.
